We know it can be hard to exercise in Ramadan, but here we have an exercise idea that will help you physically, mentally, and help you to earn rewards too! Go for a walk around your area with your family and explore the local area. Observe carefully. Can you spot things you haven’t noticed before? Who are your neighbours? Why don’t you do a different walk each weekend? It could be short, or long, depending on how much time you have. Talk about ideas for improving the area with your family. Put your findings, drawings and ideas on a poster or model, and bring them to your class teacher! The best ideas will be put on display outside the hall and might be passed to school council for actioning. This challenge will help you feel better, not just physically, but mentally – and there are lots of opportunities to get creative afterwards!
